FAQ
What if I already have a website?
We’ll look at it. If it’s in decent shape we take it over as is and you start on a plan. If it needs rebuilding, we’ll tell you straight and give you a price.
Do I have to move my domain?
No. It stays in your name where it is. We become the technical contact so we can manage it for you.
What counts as a change versus a project?
A change is something small: a photo, a price, a sentence. That’s included. A project is a new page, a redesign, or a new feature. We’ll tell you which it is before we start.
How fast do you respond?
Text us and we’ll get back to you. Some fixes take a day. Either way, you’ll always know where it stands.
What’s in the monthly report?
That your site is secure, what we changed, and how many people visited. Short enough to read at a stoplight.
